Sue has over 38 years of recruitment experience, 17 years of Events experience, and a hands-on approach, actively working with all our clients. Sue believes the success of any business lies in the experience, enthusiasm and commitment of its staff and actively encourages new ideas and change. Director of Security​

Kevin has a wealth of experience and expertise gained from over 26 years working within the Security Industry. Having been responsible for running the security operations of many of the most prestigious sporting events and venues in the UK, his list of high profile clients only confirms his vast knowledge of the field. In addition, his in-depth knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments have seen him sit on a number of safety advisory group that enables him to provide peace of mind to all the events he is involved with. Kevin operates a hands-on approach and is always available to offer advice and support to clients and colleagues.

VIC RICHARDS

Director of operations

Vic is a qualified engineer with over 37 years experience. His background has included working for the Bayer Group as a site manager for 7 years. Vic has worked in the Events services business for 14 years and is accomplished at leading from the front line while liaising with clients. As well as being SIA qualified, Vic enjoys strong relationships with all our clients and always ensures the highest service levels are maintained.​

LAURA TRAVIS

Sales and Recruitment Manager

With over 20 years of business’ experience, Laura joined Richards Events in June 2018.  She has a background in Business Development, Customer Services and Sales Management, and has worked in the UK & US.  She is excellent at building client relationships, always focusing on the needs of the customer and providing a high- quality service, whilst generating additional revenue.

MARGARET (MAGS ) HOLZHERR

 Recruitment Consultant​

Margaret joined the team in 2018. She recently finished a cover role for Grace in accounts and is back being a full time consultant .
She is a consultant in our Swindon office. Her main duty is to assist employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment. 
Her roles varies from interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at our client companies. Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview, while helping applicants to prepare for interviews. She makes arrangements for advertisement of vacancies via our marketing partners.

Grace Rixon

GRACE RIXON

Accounts and Payroll 

Grace works as part of the whole team to control payroll duties for our company. Her role is to process the payroll every pay period. She maintains our payroll processing system by gathering, calculating, and inputting data,ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures. Grace is here to answer staff questions about wages, deductions and timesheets.

Grace also manages our company accounts. This role varies from preparing financial documents such as invoices, accounts payable and receivable. While also preparing accounting files, records, and schedules.
